Returns policy

We will exchange any faulty product. Please email us with your details, date of purchase, order number for instructions on where to return the dvd, we will then send you another dvd of the same title.

Refunds

As with our Returns policy we will exchange any faulty product with another of the same title, in the case that we have no replacement stock then we will gladly give you a credit.
